Freight is payable on the goods at vessels option on Weight, Measurement or Value and vessel reserves the right of re-weighing or re-measuring all goods and charging Freight accordingly, handling on quays/transit sheds/warehouse/transport and shipment whether direct or from lighters being effected and charges payable in accordance with current port tariffs on FREE IN bases.
